This can also include the manufacturer classifying certain imperfections as B-Grade.

Your shoe has a distinct smell due to either its environment, age or wear.

Your shoe has visible scuff marks that could appear on the heel, midsole, mudguard, tip or toe box. Scuff marks can occur either from wear or during the manufacturing process.

Your item has visible cuts or tears in places such as the lining, laces, tongue or upper material.

The manufacturer marked your item as B-Grade, or another equivalent grade, due to minor manufacturing imperfections or defects.

You have the item’s original box and lid and both show only minimal signs of wear.

A box can have slight cosmetic tears, dents or markings and still be considered a 'Good Box'.

The box’s label must be accurate and fully legible.

You have the item’s original box, but the lid is missing.

For boxes that have multiple lid components, if one of the components is missing, you must select ‘Missing Lid’ as your packaging condition.

A box is considered damaged if it has sustained visible and excessive damage. Examples include:
